  • Love the quality, not bitter, smooth and the kit is just perfect

  • I just tried my first cup today, and it was amazing! I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the matcha, especially after having a few disappointing experiences with other companies in the past. Mori Matcha reminded me of the top-tier cafés I’ve visited, where the matcha is incredibly creamy, smooth, and free from that bitter taste. Thank you so much for putting such high-quality matcha out there. I’m really looking forward to enjoying the same amazing quality every month! 😍 P.S. would rate 10/10 ⭐

  • It was nice and smooth. I did like the tin it came in too

  • Great product!

  • Have it every morning now, so easy to make

Questions, answered

What makes Mori different?

Much of the matcha sold in the UK is culinary grade, chosen for price rather than flavour. Mori comes from a fourth-generation family farm in the heart of Uji, Kyoto, so every cup is smooth, naturally sweet and vivid green, without the harsh bitterness of lower grades

Where does Mori matcha come from?

A fourth-generation, family-owned farm that has been growing tea in the heart of Uji, Kyoto for 130 years. Uji is Japan’s most celebrated matcha region, and that heritage is in every tin

What does ceremonial grade mean?

It’s the finest grade of matcha, made from young, shade-grown leaves and milled into a silky, vibrant powder. Smooth enough to enjoy with just water, and it makes an exceptional latte too

How many drinks will I get from a tin?

It depends on how you like yours. Most people use 1 to 2g per drink, so a 30g tin makes around 15 to 30 matchas. Subscribe and your next tin arrives before you run out

How does the subscription work?

Pick how often you'd like your matcha delivered and you'll pay a reduced price on every order. There's no minimum commitment, so you can pause or cancel whenever you like

Is delivery free?

Yes, UK delivery is free. Every order is carefully packed and sent out as quickly as possible

Does matcha contain caffeine?

Yes, naturally. Matcha pairs its caffeine with L-theanine, which is why so many people love it as a smoother alternative to coffee. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your GP first
