Where is Mori matcha grown?
On a fourth-generation, family-owned farm in the heart of Uji, Kyoto, run by the same family for 130 years
How much matcha goes in a drink?
Use 1 to 2g of powder per drink, so a 30g tin makes about 15 to 30 drinks depending on how strong you like it
How does the subscription work?
Choose a delivery every 2 or 4 weeks and save 15% on every order, with a free whisk in your first box. Pause or cancel anytime. Read the subscription policy
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your Mori account to pause, skip or cancel. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next billing date apply to that delivery. Need a hand? Email harper@drinkmori.co.uk
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver free to UK addresses with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders usually leave us within 2 working days, and you'll get tracking by email once they're on their way. Delivery details
Can I return my order?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging, and return postage is paid by you. We refund within 10 business days of receiving your parcel back. Returns policy
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email harper@drinkmori.co.uk with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away. In most cases you won't need to send anything back
