When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing, or if we are unable to verify payment.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

3. Subscriptions

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and cancellations

Please read our Returns Policy for full details of your cancellation and returns rights. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are not intended to be exhaustive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
