Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs

Free UK shipping on every order, including subscription deliveries.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent via a UK carrier. Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. During busy periods, such as sales and the run-up to Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are dispatched automatically each month after your billing date. You can pause, skip or cancel an upcoming delivery from your account at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email harper@drinkmori.co.uk (with a photo if damaged) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
